HOW TO ORDER Step 1: To purchase or to view a product, click on one of the categories shown in the top menu of the home page, and choose the range of your choice.
Step 2: Choose the sub-category you wish to browse and then click on the image of any item that interests you.
Step 3: When viewing the item some of our products can be magnified for closer inspection. Note: Item is out of stock : If the item you require is out of stock, you can contact us by email or phone to see the number of weeks until the next delivery is due. You will be able to place an order for this item and we will send it to you as soon as it comes into stock. Please note you will not be charged for this item until we dispatch it to you.
Step 4: To add an item to your basket click on "ADD TO BASKET" underneath the grid, and a pop-up notification will show. You may check the items in your basket at any time by hovering over, or clicking "YOUR BASKET" at the top of any page.
Step 5: Once you have finished shopping, scroll up to the top of the screen, hover over "YOUR BASKET" and click on the red "GO TO YOUR BASKET" button. A summary of your order will appear and if all items are correct, select "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
Step 6: You will now be asked for your login details - if you are already registered on the site enter your email address and password now and "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
If you have not registered on the site, enter your email address and click on the "NO" you do not have a password. Complete all mandatory fields indicated by an asterisk and click on "CONTINUE".
"YOUR BASKET" will show you your order, allowing you to make any changes. Once you are happy with your order content, click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".

Gifts or Different Delivery addresses:
If you wish the order to go to a different Delivery address from your Invoice address, click "CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS" and this will allow you to set up a new address, or use an existing one.
Choose the relevant delivery option from the "DELIVERY METHOD".
Card Details: Choose your card type, and enter in your card details.
Once you have read our Terms and Conditions, please click "ORDER NOW".
Order Confirmation: You will be re-directed to a page to confirm that the order has been successful. This page will contain an ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER which we advise you to take a note of.
You will shortly receive an email confirmation advising that your order has been placed subject to payment approval.
