RETURNS If you are not entirely satisfied you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition for either refund or exchange at any time within one month of purchase. A returns form explaining this procedure will be enclosed with your order.

Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection. If the goods are being returned due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded.

Please allow up to one week once you have returned your parcel for any exchange to be processed or refund to be credited.
